Custom Design & Fabrication
We guide families through selecting materials, shapes, and structural details to create a unique, lasting tribute.
Material & Style Selection: Offering natural stones (such as granite in various colors, marble, or limestone) as well as cast bronze plaques and markers.
Monument Types: Crafting single or companion upright headstones, flat lawn markers, slant/bevel markers, cremation urn pillars, memorial benches, and full private mausoleums.
Custom Engraving & Artistry:
Sandblasting: Traditional method for deep lettering, borders, and emblems
Diamond & Hand Etching: For highly detailed portraits, scenic backgrounds, artwork, or hand-carved textures.
Inlays & Add-ons: Integrating porcelain/ceramic photo medallions, bronze statues, or custom cast elements.
Computerized Proofing (CAD): Providing 2D or 3D digital layouts showing exact lettering fonts, layouts, and scale before physical production begins.
On-Site Cemetery Services
Because headstones are heavy and permanent, companies handle the logistics at the cemetery grounds.
Final Date Engraving (Cemetery Lettering): Sending mobile equipment directly to the gravesite to carve passing dates, added epitaphs, or extra details onto existing headstones without removing the stone from the lot.
Foundation Pouring & Setting: Installing reinforced concrete foundations that comply with specific cemetery depth and soil regulations to prevent tipping or sinking over time.
Delivery & Installation: Transporting and setting heavy stones or bronze markers onto foundations using specialized crane trucks and setting tools.
Maintenance & Leveling
Over decades, exposure to weather and shifting soil can affect stone stability.
Resetting & Leveling: Re-leveling sunken, tilted, or shifted headstones and re-pouring deteriorating foundations to ensure structural stability.
Consultation & Cemetery Navigation
Cemetery Regulation Compliance: Every cemetery has strict rules regarding permitted materials, size limits, marker types (e.g., flat-only sections), and foundation specs. Memorial companies handle these approvals directly with cemetery management.
Pre-Planning Services: Allowing individuals to design and purchase their own memorial ahead of time to lock in pricing and lighten the burden on surviving family members.
Civic, Commercial & Architectural Projects: Many companies also design park benches, civic/military monuments, fundraising bricks, and custom stone signage for properties or businesses.
